Here at Spriggs Chiropractic we started 2025 in a very celebratory mood, with not one, but two significant milestones to share!
New Team Member
As many of you already know, our newest team member joined us at the end of December as we had the arrival of our beautiful daughter, and she is absolutely flourishing. We are incredibly moved by all the support we have received from our wonderful Spriggs community. Thank you for all your kind wishes. We look forward to introducing you all in due course.
Award for Excellence
Our second wonderful piece of good news came in the shape of a shiny award! The Spriggs Chiropractic team are delighted to share that we have been awarded the ‘Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM)’ by the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC). Mark was presented with the award at the Royal College of Chiropractors Winter Conference on 29th January, and we are now the proud owners of rather lovely plaque that will be displayed in the clinic. You may also spot the PPQM logo on our website and documentation.
What is the Patient Partnership Quality Mark and WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU?
The Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) is awarded to recognise excellence in terms of meeting patient expectations. In order to gain the award, we have to demonstrate that we are truly patient centred; treat you as an individual, listen to and understand your health objectives, and support and empower you to achieve them.
In addition, as holders of the mark we are required to demonstrate how we meet patient expectations in a wider range of areas, including:
- Accessibility
- Booking systems and out-of-hours cover
- Cleanliness and safety
- Privacy
- Communication
- Patient education
- Record keeping
- Other forms of care offered
So, in essence, as a valued patient of Spriggs Chiropractic, you can have the confidence in knowing we are a centre of excellence that not only holds itself to high standards but is also audited by the RCC, and that in turn, you will continue to receive the very best care, with a bespoke, patient centred approach.
We have always prided ourselves on providing an excellent patient experience and are grateful for the positive feedback and many referrals we receive from our patients. It makes what we do truly worthwhile. It is lovely for us to now also have our Clinic formally recognised by the Royal College of Chiropractors and to give you added assurance in choosing us for your care.
